International sports law is a branch of law that regulates activities, relationships, and conflicts that arise in the global sports arena.
It includes regulations, treaties, and agreements governing the interaction between athletes, sports organizations, international federations, clubs, sponsors, and other stakeholders in the international sports domain.
This master’s program will focus on teaching our students about the regulation of international competitions dispute resolution, athletes’ contracts and rights in the fight against doping, broadcasting and commercialization rights, and regulatory compliance.
